Available payment methods
As part of our service, The live checkout currently offers Credit/Debit Card and displays Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, American Express and JCB. Only a method presented by checkout for the particular order, location and device may be used; we do not accept payment through unlisted channels or by sending card details to support. The same standard applies throughout the service.
Authorization and review
For an orderly process, Submitting an order authorizes the selected provider to verify and process the amount shown, including applicable tax and shipping. Authorization may be pending, declined or reviewed for fraud, security, address or availability reasons, and an order is not final until accepted. We may ask for reasonable details before acting.
Charges, failures and refunds
For clarity, Customers must provide accurate billing information and may need to contact their payment provider after a decline. Duplicate pending entries can be temporary authorizations. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method and posting time is controlled by the processor or financial institution. Timing can vary when outside providers are involved.
